Nelson
Park's Outdoor Inline Skate Rink adjacent to the Hutchinson Trail,
St. Louis Park
Description:
Nelson
Park is a multi-use park which features an outdoor paved inline
skate rink and the adjacent Hutchinson Spur Trail; a popular trail
that weaves its way through multiple cities and is not short
in longevity. The area is ideal for Robichon's skate skill
development and skate skill trail application. We spend time
developing our inline skating technique in the warm arms of a learning friendly
asphalt platform. In our beginning trail skating course, we integrate our new inline skate abilities
on the trail system to safely introduce you to a real world skate.
Inline Skate Lesson participants are best prepared for these trail
skates after our Outdoor Skate Basic Series.
We also use the trail system for our 12 mile fitness and inline marathon training skates.
Robichon's Rating
Robichon's rates the trail as an easy
skate depending on exercises. The slopes are mild and friendly for a guided and effective introduction to beginning inline trail skating.
