Payments

To reserve space for a skate adventure, a $300 deposit is due at time of reservation. The remaining fee must be made by check or money order 45 days prior to skate adventure start date. Make check or money order payable to Robichon's Skate Vacations, P.O. Box 11121, Minneapolis, MN 55411.

Cancellations and Transfers

In the event you need to cancel your reservations, they are transferable to other skate adventures in the following year. All payments are non-refundable. With advance notice of 45 days or more, cancellations are fully transferable. With advance notice of 44-30 days, 75% of any payments made are transferable. With advance notice of 29 - 15 days, 50% of any payments made are transferable. With advance notice of 14 - 3 days, 25% of any payments made are transferable. With 0 - 2 days notice, you forfeit payments made.

Single Room Supplements

You may reserve a single room for a per night supplement of $75.00 for our Minnesota Adventure or $100 for our Florida Adventure.

Discounts

A group of 4 adults will receive a 10% discount. Children under age 18 accompanying two paying individuals and staying in the same room will receive a 50% discount. Individuals booking multiple adventures in one year are eligible for 10% discount on each additional adventure. Guests who bring additional persons on the adventure they have booked will receive an additional $25 off its adventure price.

Insurance

We highly recommend trip cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances. After reservations are received, we will send you information on trip cancellation insurance. Too, you may want to consider medical travel insurance for international travelers.

Travel Guide

After we receive your reservation with deposit we will send you a packet with detailed information regarding your chosen adventure, travel suggestions, an invoice, insurance information, an itinerary and general information about the travel destination and a liability release form.

Skate Equipment

We require protective equipment of wrist guards and helmets. All protective equipment is recommended - including elbow and knee pads. We highly recommend brakes on skates. They are required for recreational and fitness skaters in learn to skate adventures. Specialized skates such as dance or speed style skates do not require brakes, however brakes are recommended for speed style skates.

Rental Equipment

Quality Recreational, Fitness and Performance Style skates are available for rent on our Minnesota Adventures. They are $25 per day. Guests will be required to leave credit card information with office headquarters as collateral.
